Thank you for subscribing to Travelz Station and using our services. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making any purchases or entering into collaborations.


1. Subscription Refund Policy

We offer different subscription plans to our users. The refund policy varies based on the type of subscription:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: All monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions can be requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
  • Renewals: Subscription renewals are automatically charged. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

2. Content Submission Fees

If you have paid a fee to submit content on our platform, please note:

  • Submission fees are non-refundable unless your content is rejected due to a technical error on our part.
  • If your content violates our guidelines, no refunds will be issued.

3. Brand Partnerships & Advertising Refunds

If you are a brand or advertiser using our services:

  • Sponsored Content: Payments for sponsored content are final. No refunds will be issued once the content has been published.
  • Affiliate Partnerships: No refunds will be given for performance-based collaborations (e.g., affiliate links or commission-based earnings).
  • Ad Campaigns: If an ad campaign is canceled before its scheduled start date, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be granted. Once the campaign starts, no refunds will be processed.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.
  • If you cancel before the renewal date, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • A technical issue prevents access to the platform for an extended period.
  • A duplicate charge is made in error.
  • Your account was charged without authorization (requires proof of unauthorized transaction).

    • Email Address Used for Purchase

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
